"The kettle corn of croissants" is the easiest (but probably not the most respectful to the French) way to describe this salty sweet treat.  Made with both plain and chocolate croissant pastry it is set in a carmelized salty sweet mixture and sprinkled with just a little extra flavour.  Pronounced "Queen Ah-mahn"
