Since I was a little girl I have had my fingers in the flour, but the evolution of my baking career has been shaped by the response and opportunities of the Comox Valley.
Selling out of the back of my car, business began by simply bringing baskets of bread, brownies, cinnamon buns and pies to school staff rooms and local businesses. Eventually people asked me if I sold at the Comox Valley Farmers' Market and ....long story short....I have abandoned the car for a beautiful trailer we affectionately call
the "Rolling Pin"
and have added my husband and multiple team members. We serve from the
Farmhouse on Fridays
and since 2005 the Comox Valley Farmers' Market on Saturdays.
